Dairy Farm
Our organization has launched a small-scale dairy farming project with the aim of generating sustainable local income to support our ongoing activities. The project began with four buffaloes, one cow, and two calves, and was established as a practical step toward strengthening our capacity to raise funds locally. Currently, we focus on the sale of fresh milk, which provides us with a steady and reliable source of daily income. By making use of available resources and strong community support, we are building a foundation that sustains our mission and serves as a model for grassroots economic development.
Looking ahead, we plan to expand the farm by adding six more buffaloes to increase milk production and income. We are also working to improve productivity through better livestock management practices, including veterinary care, proper feeding, and breeding techniques. While we are currently focused on milk sales, we aim to explore value addition in the future—such as producing yogurt, ghee, or organic manure—to diversify revenue streams. This initiative is not only strengthening our financial base but also contributing to local employment, skills development, and community resilience.
