Dairy Farm

Our organization has launched a small-scale dairy farming project with the aim of generating sustainable local income to support our ongoing activities. The project began with four buffaloes, one cow, and two calves, and was established as a practical step toward strengthening our capacity to raise funds locally.

Today, the farm has grown to ten buffaloes, one cow, and eight calves, reflecting steady progress and responsible expansion. We currently focus on the sale of fresh milk, which provides a reliable source of daily income. By making use of available resources and strong community support, we are building a foundation that sustains our mission and serves as a model for grassroots economic development.

We are also improving productivity through better livestock management practices, including veterinary care, proper feeding, and breeding techniques. While milk sales remain our primary focus, we aim to explore value addition in the future — such as producing yogurt, ghee, or organic manure — to diversify revenue streams.

This initiative is strengthening our financial base while also contributing to local employment, skills development, and long-term community resilience.
